It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that before the Family Court, Thanjavur, the petitioner herein/respondent therein, has been set ex-parte, and that he may be permitted to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and permit to file a fresh one after the family dispute is restored on file. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, after the family dispute is restored on the file of Family Court, Thanjavur. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
