When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petition has been filed without crime number and now the case has been registered in Crime No.229 of 2024 on the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3.In view of the above and the endoresement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with crime number.
