This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 256 days in representation of the above Second Appeal in A.S.No.45 of 2017 confirming O.S.No.4 of 2017 dated 10.04.2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Arakonam.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
