Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2019 and 04.10.2019, with regard to transfer the petitioner from Seerkazhi Union to Vedaranyam Union, in the vacancies arises in future for the post of B.T.Assistant (Social Science). By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Secondary Grade Teacher and she is eligible for promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant as on 01.01.2017. While being so, the petitioner was transferred to Thirunagari. Thereafter the petitioner joined at Thirunagari and made a representation dated 25.09.2019 and 04.10.2019 seeking for transfer from Seerkazhi to Vedaranyam Union, but till date the same have not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's last representations dated 04.10.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, if not disposed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
