Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 4th respondent is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the 4th respondent is set aside and the petitioners are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent and ranked as respondents 7 to 9 in the appeal.

2.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
