The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.595 of 2023, registered under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(h), 4(1-A) of TNP Act. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the respondent had seized 345 Ltrs of Karnataka liquor from a Mahindra & Mahindra Vehicle bearing registration No.TN-22-CH-0385. It is stated that the petitioner is the only accused. But investigation is at an extremely preliminary stage and further accused will have to be determined and the source will also have to be determined.
