W.M.P.No.22 of 2023 in W.P.No.34 of 2023 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed by the writ petitioner with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 29.12.2021 bearing reference No.09/PR/DS/2021 in F.No.S/26-Misc-1191/2021-22/Grp.5B JNCH dated 29.12.2021' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the ake of convenience and clarity].
2. Mr.Hari Radhakrishnan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit attempted to buttress the prayer but there are no averments in this regard in the support affidavit. In the days to come, such dispense with prayers without supporting averments may have to meet negative consequences, with this caveat making an exception, submission of learned counsel for petitioner that a photocopy of the impugned order has been produced as petitioner could not lay his hands on original which was misplaced is accepted and dispense with prayer is acceded to.
