MAHADEVAN CMP No.16372 of 2017 IN CMA.2861/2017 M/S.CHOLAMANDALAM MS [ PETITIONER ] GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE UPSTAIRS, RAJAJI ROAD, SALEM-7 Vs 1 REVATHY [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 SURESH 3 ELANGOVAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 25/04/2017, passed in MCOP No. 836/2011, on the file of the Honble MACT, (in the court of Sub Judge,) at Sankari, pending disposal of the above CMA.2861/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MICHAEL VISUVASAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

On 03.01.2018, this Court, while admitting the appeal, granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant deposits the entire award amount together with interest and costs, after deducting the amount already deposited before the Tribunal, within a period of four weeks.

2.Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner / insurance company submitted that the petitioner/ insurance company has complied with the aforesaid conditional order.
