ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Rc.No.836/2022/A1 dated 30.03.2022 and seeking a direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential and monetary benefits, this writ petition has been filed. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she has been under prolonged suspension. She has been suspended from service under the impugned order dated 30.03.2022 passed by the second respondent. 4.Heard Mr.R.Dhinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.The question of quashing the impugned suspension order at this stage will not arise. The only relief that can be granted to the petitioner is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order, on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022. Under the aforementioned G.O., guidelines have been prescribed by the Government in respect of revocation/review of suspension order. The petitioner has given a representation on 21.11.2022 to the respondents seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2022 seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 30.03.2022 issued by the second respondent in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
