ORDER

This petition had been filed to direct the respondent No.1 to provide necessary clarification to the respondents No.3 and 4 clarifying the seniority position of the petitioner in the Post of Junior Assistant recruited through the TNPSC Advertisement No.27/99, dated 7.10.1999 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the seniority position of the writ petitioner has been furnished by the respondents in order dated 27.06.2017. Thus, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition deserves further no consideration.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
