This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20546 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearings expect for unavoidable circumstances.
