Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff on the ground that the name of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent who has not been mentioned in the order dated 19.11.2020.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff / respondent that stamp duty expenses have been deposited before the Court to the tune of Rs.4,95,345/- and that the same may be released to him. Since the amount has already been deposited and the suit has already been transferred to the city civil Court, it is for the plaintiff / respondent to file appropriate application for release of that amount.
