This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21327 of 2023 dated 20.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearings expect for unavoidable circumstances.
