This application has been filed seeking to issue subpoena to PW2 witness K.Ilango, residing at No.14, Thyagarajapuram, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004, directing him to appear before this Court on a specified date to record his chief examination/affidavit and subject himself to cross examination in the above T.O.S. No.1 of 2018.
