2. This Court vide order dated 08.11.2024, had directed the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner as per the directions of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai dated 11.03.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.3968 of 2024 and to report before this Court.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the order of this Court dated 08.11.2024 has been complied with and FIR has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner in Crime No.579 of 2024 on 10.11.2024.

4. The same is recorded.
