This Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant, the respondents 2 to 4 herein as defendants 3 to 5 in C.S.No.202 of 2022.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the batta has been filed in S.R.No.12207 of 2023 before the Registry on 18.04.2023. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 4.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the batta has been filed in S.R.No.12207 of 2023 and affidavit of service has also been filed complying the order of service, which indicates that the notice has been served upon the proposed respondents.

5.In spite of notice being served upon the proposed respondents, they have neither appeared in person nor through their counsel before this Court. Hence, this application is ordered accordingly.

6.Learned counsel for the applicants/ plaintiffs is directed to take out necessary amendments by 27.04.2023.

7.List the case on 27.04.2023.
