The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the Executing Court, namely, the Principal District Judge, Puducherry to dispose of the E.P.No.300 of 2021 in O.S.No.6 of 1968.
2. Heard, Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the decree holder is aged about more than 80 years and the case is pending from the year 1968 onwards, hence he prays for speedy disposal.

Admittedly, the plaintiff has preferred E.P.No.300 of 2021 in O.S.No.6 of 1968 to execute the decree, wherein some of the respondents have filed Interlocutory applications due to which the case is still pending. If at all any Interlocutory application is filed, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the same as and when file on merits as early as possible and also directed to dispose of the EP within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is Allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
