This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking exemption from surrendering the petitioner before the Trial court in C.C.No.145 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Cuddalore to secure the ends of justice pending disposal of the above revision. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.In view of the fact that the petitioner being a student, there have been case in counter even prior to the above case, further the petitioner and the defacto complainant hail from the same Village having some animosity between them more on a personal level, incarceration of the petitioner would cause great prejudice and irreparable damage to his future and career. Therefore, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the Trial Page 2/4
