ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to forthwith select and appoint the petitioner as

Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade II pursuant to Notification No.10/2021 dated 25.08.2021 on the basis of his placement at S1. No.103 in proceedings dated 15.12.2022 in any one of the SC(A)(G)(PSTM) vacancies and to extend all consequential benefits arising thereto.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the petitioner has been selected in the subsequent selection. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
