O R D E R

Heard Mr. P.Raghunathan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.L.Thirumalai, Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Third Respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in lieu of the information sought earlier from the First and Second Respondents, the Petitioner has sent a fresh application dated 20.11.2023 seeking information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as 'the RTI Act' for short), through the registered post and its copy has been placed on record. Learned 2/5

Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents has received its copy. In view of the same, it is represented that the earlier applications are not pursued.

It shall be incumbent upon the concerned authority to take appropriate action on the application dated 20.11.2023 made by the Petitioner under the RTI Act following the prescribed procedure in accordance with law and depending upon its outcome, the Petitioner shall determine the further course of action in the matter.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
