ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2022 to survey and fix the boundaries stone for the petitioner's land viz. Property Land measuring to an extent of about 2 acre 3 cetns in Survey No.104/2C at Pattuthurai Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District.

2. In order to survey the land at S.No.104/2C situated at Pattuthurai Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, the petitioner had given an application on 07.12.2022 and in order to consider the same, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Ms.V.Ranjitha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that though the application has been submitted by the petitioner on 07.12.2022, it should be made through on-line with necessary fee and on receipt of the same, the respondent Tahsildar i.e., second respondent would act upon, he contended.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That it is open to the petitioner to make an on-line application with necessary fee to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall act upon and do the needful for surveying the land of the petitioner after giving notice to the petitioner and other neighbors within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
