This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking permission to produce the tabled documents annexed therewith as Annexure 'M' and for a direction to the prosecution to admit or deny their genuineness under Section 294 of the Cr.P.C., and to admit the above documents in evidnce and mark them as exhibits, which have been duly provided in Crl.A.No.457 of 2022.

2. Mr.G.Karuppasamy Pandiyan, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking permission to lead further evidence by examining the concerned nodal officers of the service providers of the above mobile phone numbers and to summon the respondent police station to produce all requisition letters and correspondence concerning CDR sought for and provided in connection with this case as well as all the CDRs obtained in the FIR No.1352/2013 in Cr.A.No.457 of 2022.

2. Mr.G.Karuppasamy Pandiyan, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
