(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Though, the Petitioner has sought for a direction to the 4th Respondent to issue Adi Dravidar (Ottar) Community Certificate in his favour, pursuant to the representation by him, the Competent Authority to issue Community Certificate for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe is the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned.

In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer. On receipt of such representation from the Petitioner, the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, shall consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
