Crl.M.P.No.15637 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24008 of 2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24008 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has also been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
