ORDER

This application has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent/Plaintiff, respondents 2 & 3/defendants 1 & 2 to sign the necessary applications, forms and other documents on their behalf and as legal heirs of the deceased Mr.M.V.G.K.Appa Rao and on behalf of the partnership firm M/s.Veenus Studio as required by the applicant to apply and to obtain Completion Certificate from the CMDA in respect of the construction on land admeasuring 6 Grounds 239 sq.ft (14,639 sq.ft) comprised in Old T.S.No.1553/1 Part, New T.S.No.1553/36, Block No.30, situated at Varadharajapuram Main Road, Mylapore,Village, Mylapore Taluk, Chennai District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow the application. However, the learned counsel would further submit that the

respondents have never disputed the process of obtaining the completion certificate, and as such, there was no delay committed by the respondents pursuant to the application submitted for issuance of the completion certificate. Hence, the applicant cannot take advantage of the same.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed to the limited extent of obtaining their signatures for processing the completion certificate. The applicant is directed to expedite the completion of construction. 13-03-2026 MRP
