This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22599 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 22599 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on 28.11.2024 10.30a.m., and thereafter, the date to be fixed by the trial Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
