The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 07.02.2014 for issuance of passport within a stipulated time. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and passport was issued to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
