The petitioners seek an order of stay of operation of the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2024.

2. The decree is one for declaration that the settlement deed dated 16.07.2014 is null and void and for a consequential injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the peaceful possession of the plaintiff. As such there is no executable decree, which could be stayed.

3. Mr.P.R.Raman, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that though the defendants sought for an injunction pending suit, the same was not granted.

4. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
