This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 12.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20744 of 2023 to report before the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai at 10.00 a.m., on all working days until further orders and on all hearing till the completion of trial.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., apart from Court hearing dates before the Trial Court till completion of trial.
