This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para 7(b) imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police station everyday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7466 of 2023 dated 07.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet monthly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, relaxed to continue and the petitioner shall appear on court hearing dates.
