This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21783 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the NDPS court concern on all working days, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21783 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the NDPS court concern on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
