ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Court Virudhachalam to dispose the C.C.No. 274 of 2017 in Crime No. 46 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the C.C.No.274 of 2017 is pending from the year 2017. There is no progress in the said case.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the above submissions. This Court deems it fit to grant four months time to the Trial Court to complete the case. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam, is directed to dispose the case in C.C.No. 274 of 2017 (Crime No.46 of 2017) within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
