Crl.M.P.Nos.18448, 18455 and 18458 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.9076,9577 and 10189 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

These petitions have been filed by the petitioner praying for an extension of further period of two weeks time to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- and execute the surety, as per the order of this Court dated 18.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners had filed affidavit stating that the petitioners were not able to mobilize the funds and hence they were unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court on 18.10.2023.

He further submitted that the petitioners are now ready to deposit the above said amount.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are ordered granting time till 19.12.2023 for complying the conditions imposed by this Court on 18.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.9076,9577 and 10189 of 2023.
