This application has been filed to grant leave to mark the photocopy of the demarcation of the car park that is provided by Maruthi Builders as document No.3 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as the original demarcation of the car park has been retained by the builder, copy may be marked.

3. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not disputed the document, this application is Ordered and the document shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
