Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to issue Relieving Order, Bond Completion Certificate and Experience Certificate to the petitioner immediately on completion of her bond service period on 08.11.2024 so as to enable the petitioner to join the JIPMER Hospital, Puducherry within the granted time.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the fifth respondent to issue Relieving Order, Bond Completion Certificate and Experience Certificate to the petitioner immediately on completion of her bond service period on 08.11.2024 so as to enable the petitioner to join the JIPMER Hospital, Puducherry within the specified time.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a

period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being made, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days therefrom.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
