This petition is filed to condone the delay of 450 days in filing the above said appeal.
2.Mr.S.Dhakshnamoorthy, learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the claim petition was dismissed against the respondents 2 & 3 and hence, no notice is necessary for the respondents 2 & 3.
3.Mr.D.Venkatachalam, the learned counsel takes notice for first respondent.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 450 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
