Memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the writ petition has become infructuous as the first respondent has issued G.O.(D).No.60, dated 02.02.2024 rejecting the petitioner's request for reference of the Industrial Dispute.
2. In that view of the matter, the prayer made in the present writ petition has become infructuous. However, if the petitioner aggrieved of the Government Order, it will be open for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
3. With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 19.12.2024 nsl 2/3
