The learned Special Government Pleader has brought to the notice of the Court that a proceedings in No.Na.Ka.No.10870/2006/sa.pa dated 08.09.2006 has been issued by the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Thanjavur Region to revive the society and submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
