This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para 17(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.48 of 2023 dated 10.02.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) served notice to the fourth respondent/de-facto complainant, who received the same. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court diligently. Further submitted that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet to be filed shortly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioners are complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is totally relaxed.
