ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to comply with the order dated 10.03.2023, passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/419/2020.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that pending this writ petition, the 2nd respondent has complied with the directions of the 1st respondent and therefore, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to the costs.
