This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.8(iii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8010 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.603 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022, passed by this Court.

2.Learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI cases) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition in para 8(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8010 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.603 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022, is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in three months at 10.30 a.m., commencing from January 2024, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
