This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.172 of 2005, dated 15.07.2011 on the file of District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur and the certified copy of judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.5 of 2012 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Ponneri, dated 06.06.2016.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that since the Petitioners are not parties to the suit as well as appeal, they have not received certified copies of decree and judgment in the appeal. Now, they have filed application for issuance of certified copy of the judgment and decree, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of judgment and decree passed in the suit and the Appeal. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 28.06.2024.
