This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 19.07.2022 made in Spl.S.C.No.12 of 2017 by the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
