ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish the copy of registration certificate, MV Report, Insurance Policy and Driving License in respect of TATA four Wheeler in respect of the offending Vehicle No.MH-42-BF-0014 in relating to Crime No.146 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police to the petitioner forthwith. 2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's son was riding in his two wheeler along with his friend on 03.10.2022 bearing Registration No.TN-23-CT-4744 and met with the accident; in the said accident the son of the petitioner died; in this regard a case has been registered in Cr.No.

146 of 2022 by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 304(A)IPC against the driver of the TATA Four Wheeler bearing Registration No.MH-42-BF-0014; since the petitioner needs to file a claim for compensation, he is need of the copies of the above documents; since the respondent police has not furnished the copies of the above documents to the petitioner, he is not in a position to file a claim Page No.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner gives a representation to the respondent police, the same will be considered. 5.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and the petitioner is instructed to give a representation to the respondent police and on receipt of the same the respondent police shall consider and furnish the copies of registration certificate, MV Report, Insurance Policy and Driving License in respect of TATA four Wheeler in respect of the Vehicle bearing Registration No.MH-42-BF-0014 connected to the Crime No.146 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of representation submitted by the petitioner.
