This writ petition has been filed order or direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to grant any electricity service connection to the 4th respondent or any other person claiming under him in respect of shop (property) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
bearing S.No.150/1 at Veppur Panchayat, Walaja Taluk on the Chennai-Bengaluru Highway.
2. At the time of admission, no interim order has been passed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the electricity service connection has been effected to the fourth respondent and hence, now, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
