O R D E R

The Writ Petition challenges the order dated 03-06-2003, whereby the petitioner was directed by the third respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.2,27,018/- to the first and second respondents.

2. Pursuant to the impugned order passed by the third respondent, the petitioner had remitted a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the third respondent by way of Demand Draft, dated 03.09.2003 and thereafter, filed this Writ Petition.

3. It is stated by the second respondent in the memo, dated 10.07.2017 that subsequently, the balance sum of Rs.2,17,018/- has also been deposited by the petitioner to the third respondent voluntarily, which was accounted vide receipt, dated 06.07.2006. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this factual position.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
