This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to exempt the petitioner from surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Perambalur, in view of the direction passed in Crl.A.No.3 of 2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur.

2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No18062 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1934 of 2023.
