The learned counsel for both sides are present.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the sole respondent died. He further submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2017. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order, till this date.

In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.

4. Post the main appeal on 16.11.2021 for taking steps.
