ORDER

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to fourth respondents submits that against the order passed by this Court on 12.09.2025, the fifth to tenth respondents preferred a Writ Appeal and also obtained interim stay in CMP.No.3005 of 2025 and hence, the fourth respondent could not comply with the order passed by this Court.

2. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition, which has already been disposed of by order dated 12.09.2025 passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. 13-10-2025 Kv
