This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.23622 of 2024 on 25.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai-104, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.23622 of 2024 on 25.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai-104, on first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
